All of our products are unique, one of a kind, made by Mother Nature and refined by us. No two are exactly alike, and there are variations in color and grain pattern. If a finished product is purchased, you will receive the exact item pictured. If a slab, beam or specialty cut is depicted, you will receive the exact item pictured. If dimensional lumber (square on all four sides) is pictured, the picture will be representative of the inventory.
We charge 7% Nebraska sales tax.
We charge actual shipping costs only.
20% restocking fee charged unless there is a defect or mistake.
